Independent Living (Life Lease/Pre-Paid Rental Model)

Greenwood Court has 35 Independent Living apartments. These units range in size from 825 square feet to 1175 square feet, with 5 different models to choose from. This is a perfect arrangement for those who are tired of shovelling their own driveway or maintaining their own home. Independent Living offers complete freedom to come and go as one pleases. In addition to this, if the weather is bad outside, residents can take advantage of the general store, our restaurant style dining room, banking service, hair dressing salon, worship services and recreational activities, without going outside.

Semi-Independent Living (Rental)

Greenwood Court has 50 Semi-Independent Living apartments. These units range in size from 670 square feet to 825 square feet with 4 different models to choose from. This a perfect arrangement for those who are tired of shovelling their own driveway or maintaining their own home. Semi-Independent Living offers complete freedom to come and go as one pleases. In addition to this, if the weather is bad outside, residents can take advantage of the general store, our restaurant style dinning room, banking service, hair dressing salon, worship services and recreational activities without going outside.

Along with the rental fee for these apartments, residents also participate in our support and dining program. Residents will take part in one meal a day (noon or evening meal) and staff are available 24 hours a day in the case of an emergency,

Assisted Living (The Loft)

Greenwood Court has 18 Assisted Living apartments. 15 of these units have a bedroom, separate sitting room and bathroom. 3 of the units have a combination sitting/bedroom and bathroom. Services provided in our Assisted Living program include all meals/snacks, housekeeping and laundry as well as assistance with activities of daily living. As is the case with our Semi-Independent/Independent Living apartments, residents can take advantage of the general store, our restaurant style dining room, banking service, hair dressing salon, worship services and recreational activities, without going outside.

Long -Term Care (Colonial & Heritage)

Greenwood Court operates a 45 bed Long-Term Care facility. Residents are able to take advantage of this new state of the art facility with spacious rooms, wide hallways and many amenities. All Long-Term Care rooms offer wheelchair accessibility, television/cable outlets, nurse call bell system, large windows, bedside table, lounge chair and privacy. In addition to this, all of our residents have access to social, recreational and worship activities.
